It's a 1992 Subaru SVX pushin 230hp and all wheel drive 😀. Any subaru enthusiests know of any forums for these bad boys? I couldn't pass up the deal, and with all the money I saved from what I originally planned on getting (integra GSR) I can fix it up to prime condition.

omg i hate those cars. if only they could have made normal side windows on that car, but NOOOOOOOOOO, they had to split it into two (!).
 
I didn't like the split windows at first, but I'm starting to like em more and more.

For anybody who doesn't know what an SVX looks like, here is a pic of one. Mine is an aqua color.
 
they are kinda busy with the odd windows and that step in the rear body work, but should be pretty good, and 230HP and AWD is nothing to sneeze at, in 1992 or now.
 
SVX ROX. Good find, have a friend with one. I'm kinda big for it but it doesn't mind, just kept screaming "flog me, thrash me, drive me really fast," the last time I drove it. ENJOY!
 
The windows supposedly help aerodynamics and keep rain from getting in the car when the windows are down (except for that total horizontal rain, obviously)

And sorry on the confusion, I didnt register SVX at all. Im mainly a domestics guy, foriegn ignorant. 😛
But I checked out the pic now as well as some on Autotrader and I must say those things look pretty sweet. I personally like the split window! :Q
 
Nice car. Seems the window would be annoying when you're trying to see the side veiw mirror (looks like the weatherstrip goes right where you would look), but a nice idea none the less. If you could drop that curb weight some & obviously add some horsepower that would be a mad fast car.
