feline leukemia shots are useless *if* the cat has already been infected. Because the test for feline leukemia is much more expensive than the shot for it, most vets will just give the shot without testing first. Thus, if you're in an area with a high incidence of feline leukemia, that shot to protect your cat is worthless if you cat has already been exposed.
OP, I'd just get the rabies shot and anything else legally required and not bother with the others - if you're certain it's going to be an indoor cat only. Depends on your state if you can legally give your cat a rabies shot yourself (or rather, if the state will recognize it as valid.) But, it's probably not worth learning how to do yourself if you only have 1 or 2 animals. (Tonight, I'll be doing 25 or so shots)

Oh, and if it's a male cat, I'd get it fixed. But, I wouldn't bother with the expense of having a female spayed if it was going to remain an indoor cat. That is, unless I had problems with male cats hanging out on my porch and marking my house as their territory.
