Around 26, i start making acne.(probably because i took some weight.I pass from 160 to like 190 in 4 years )

And today, well after seeing doctor ,they made me took some pills( the only one i was scare to try are ACCUTANE)but, without success, it didnt really stop. And now today.I can say i have like over 200 spot of ance all over my back,a few on chest, and now i start having some in the neck.

Anyone got a magic formula, anything, tip that they can help?

Im just desesperate, and totally hate my body because of that.

that only happens with teenage girls, IIRC. i took it, and it really helped me out- with most people, it eliminates their acne for at least a year after treatment.

Accutane. It's serious stuff, but it gets the job done. I took it and had to take a blood test monthly to make sure things were going OK. The results are definitely worth it. One thing though: it gets worse before it gets better. A LOT WORSE. But, all of a sudden, you wake up -- poof -- all clear. I'm exagerrating, but it is a dramatic change.

I had a pretty bad problem and took a lot of other creams (Retin-A, steroids, etc.), but I haven't gotten nearly the same results as Accutane.

1. wash your face twice a day with a good soap. i use clean and clear. don't laugh, the stuff works. i have both the foaming cleanser and the daily cleanser - use the foaming cleanser in the evening, the daily cleanser in the morning.
2. WASH YOUR HAIR. i found that oil from my hair when i had bangs would be "trapped" on my forehead and would clog my pores. so basically, keep clean.
3. if you use a phone a lot, clean it. use those little alcohol wipes to disinfect - oil gets trapped on the phone and then you hold the phone next to your chin. i use a headset at work and for my cell phone whenever i can.

your weight gain also has something to do with your acne problems. look at your diet - lots of fatty foods, oily or fried foods can have an affect on your skin. the oil from the food can get trapped in your pores.

there are little sheets you can buy that you can use to dab at your face to remove excess oil during the day.

you can also try proactiv, jessica simpson hawks that.

Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is what I used. I've been taking it for almost a year and a half now. You can find all sorts of information with a google search, but keep in mind there is a lot of propaganda out there. It's worked wonders for me though. I take 500mg twice a day (it costs me about $4/month)

Accutane works, but it's risky. The side effects are horrible, and it has the potential to cause permanent damage such as liver disease and intestinal problems. It also may cause depression (not proven, though) and causes serious birth defects. Even for a male, you are required to sign saying you will use two forms of birth control because if you impregnate a woman while on accutane that child could have birth defects.

As an informational note, Accutane is synthetic vitamin A, and to the same degree excess vitamin A can cause birth defects as well. Just thought you should know.

I had severe acne on my back and chest from when I was 16 untill I was 23. Nothing worked and at the time there was no accutane.

I just had to live with it. I did discover that daily doses of tetracycline helped tremendously. I was being treated for a massive ear infection and the drug had a side benefit of clearing up my acne. Prolonged antibiotic use is stupid though. So once again I was left with no treatment.

As fate would have it when I turned 32 my acne started to disappear. Now its almost completely gone.

My back was similar.

I used to get those nasty big ones, boils.

All the washing in the world isn't going to help much. The problem is deeper. Acne hides deep in the skin like an infection.
