Care to 3d mark then UE @ 470/1300 ??????

Dear god, If only they were PCI-e and SLI-able.

Just got done..My system specs are:

2400 XP-mobile @ 2400...200 x 12 @ 1.625 V.
MSI K7N2-Delta
Geil 3 x256mb PC3200
EVGA 6800 UEE
80 gig Samsung

3DMark05 score 6560

Not to bad for an XP, 768mb ram🙂

Good god. For a single card that's absolutely insane. That's better than the x850xt pe!

WOW!

Not bad at all, what clocks is it running? Stock cooling?

Almost makes me want to take out my A8N-SLI real quick and stick my Neo2 back in with the new UEE and see what it does. It came like a day after the A8N did and I couldn't wait heh.

The clocks for the bench were 470 / 1300 and thats on stock cooling : idles @ 51-51..load :no higher then :70

My old Ultra got about 5900 or so in 3dMark05 at the Stock 425 /1100 so I guess that was a good improvement🙂...Keep in my that I don't like benching at all really, I get my cards to play games 🙂!!!

I just blown away that if the card should go out, they will overnight me a new one, thats friggin insane..I just wish that was a lifetime warranty.

Hmmm..wonder how much I could get on Ebay for this thing😀:|

Have one myself now (received it about 2 weeks before Christmas, but haven't had much time to play with it). I'm finding that I had to make some adjustments for the card to work properly without crashing apps (disabling FW, for example), and I've been able to increase the OC speed to 475/615, but the results still aren't where I'd expect them. I'll be spending a good chunk of my time troubleshooting this until I figure out exactly what's going on.

You know why your power supply failed is because it sucks. I was looking at the january Maximum PC magizine and they tested it. It only recivied like a 4 and failed on them too

I'm using a Thermaltake 480W atm, and will be trying it on my Ultra X-Connect later tonight, personally. Which PSU are you talking about? If you're referring to the Ultra, and MaxPC's review, there are plenty of other reviews out there that contradict those results, from reputable sites.

No, it's not. Check your speeds again.

Of the 16 pipe cards:

GT = 350/500
U = 400/550
UEE = 450/600

There is NOT a 75MHz Core jump from the GT to the Ultra. You may be referring to say, a BFG, which is OCed by default, but the speeds listed above are the correct ones.

ronin is right, its only the bfg ultra oc and i think the golden sample from gainward that is 425 core (1100 mem)

The eVGA 6800 Ultra....

The latest BIOS from what I know, does not utilize the Dynamic Overclocking and sets 2D and 3D Core speeds to 425MHz.

The original BIOS however has still has dynamic OC (425MHz), and nothing needs to be enabled fpr it to work, it just works.

You can read about it here, 425MHz Ultra

piece of sh!t.

It was my card, I payed for it.. and yours problems are ???
Worst case: I was in the middle of a flash and the X-connect just died...I tried another PSU and the system powered on, but no post..🙁...I tried my old pci TNT card and it booted right up, so I know the card is toast. I even tried to reflash with the pci card but I cant because it an Nvidia card..🙁

Anyways I killed my Ultra so there will be no RMA or the such..I'm really happy with the UE..🙂

what a waste...

i would at least try to send it in... if not, i guess sell the sink/fan...
