Got to bring it to court. The powers that be wanted to prosecute. I was given my options. Maybe I COULD have won but if you contest a DUI you cannot drive at all until the verdict.

I'd really suggest consulting a lawyer, I think the way breathalyzer tests work is that they're required if you're operating a motor vehicle. When you sign for your license you sign to consent to one when operating a motor vehicle. I don't know how that could apply to a bike, as it no license is required to operate a bicycle. However consult a lawyer I don't much about state specific laws outside of my state.

Have a little common sense; if you are going out to get blind, stinking drunk, you should either be within walking distance of your house (by which I mean within 5 blocks), or you call a cab.
