Sigh... thing takes forever to load and install
 
Some BB tips:

If it starts doing weird things, take the battery out for a good minute and then power it back up.
If you start noticing your texts/emails disappearing, uninstall some of your apps. BB's are famous for memory leak.
Google Maps works great and is free. You can pull up one of your phone book entries address and have it map you to that address from your location.
Regularly check for new versions of the desktop manager and handheld OS. This is the biggest thing that people don't do and it can solve a lot of your problems.
