I got a 8800GTS.....

Play Oblivion again with every texture-pack installled, every detail/distance setting maxed out plus HDR & AA ... you may not want to do it all again, but even coming from my X1900XTX I can tell you its worth it just for the eye-candy!
 
I've been playing HOMM5 for two months now. Before that I played Titan Quest, DiabloII clone but based in ancient Greece, Egypt and Babylon and BF 2142 is must have shooter.

Thanks for the link I didn't know about this game. I just tried it. Game looks fairly nice and shadows and everything seem to be working nicely (considering this is just a demo and release isn't till April). I like the ingame UI as well as the menu UI. I don't really know what the story is right now so we'll see.

He's just saying that your 8800 upgrade was "like a game". You didn't buy it for any apparent reason. People usually buy hardware so that they can run software.

GT Legends. You'll want a wheel though.

Actually this'll run very nicely on a lot less video card than you've got, but it's such a sweet game I had to throw it in!
