When I said you look British, it's suppose to be a compliment... like those buff football players. I was born in England you know? You probably can't tell from my current picture.

Wow, watch my rating go waaaaaaay down.

Nah, no reason for that. But why do you bleach your hair? I think it'd look better darker.

It does, ;). That was taken this last December. I should update it sometime, only with a picture of me as buff Nate. :D

Good. You have a really nice-looking face, the bleached hair doesn't quite suit a Washington boy. Let's see some pics of you with dark hair. :)

Nothing more than a goatee I hope. Guys under 35 shouldn't have much, if any, facial hair because it makes them look like they've already got two kids and a mortgage and a mid life crises.

Mwahahah, that's hilarious, :p. It's more of a chinstrap, y'know, to hold my hair on my head.

As for the wallet comment, am I the only one who insist on going dutch when I go out? It just doesn't feel right letting guys paying for everything.

I'm old-fashioned kind of guy and I'd rather pay, but there's nothing wrong with girls that have your attitude. Some guys feel that a girl owes them something after they pay for things which is not acceptable. You seem to be very independent and the type who looks out for herself. That is definitely a good thing and I hope you keep it up. There's a lot of strange guys out there.

OK, what the heck?..I put up a pic of myself. Members of Anandtech, do you worst. ;)

HotChic- That's a pretty harsh assessment of guys <35 with facial hair. I have a mortgage, but not kids and still 7 years from a mid-life crisis. ;)

<------- switches between clean shaven and quasi-beard*

*too lzay to shave for a week or two.

edit: i r bad at uh-rith-ma-tic

It's a generalization, meaning there are exceptions but it's mostly true. Facial hair usually adds on more than a few years to a guy's appearance. A goatee doesn't add too much, but a full beard definitely makes most guys look older than they are.

Um actually I don't know and don't care.

I believe, once you start to kiss bearded lady, You'd change your mind very quick about them shaving daily.
oh wait, girls don't usally have facial hair.

i'm just used to using :) since... the college days... habit is hard to break.
technically you have to tilt your head to the right instead of left.

If I didn't have facial hair, I'd look 12, instead of 24 :p

That, and the fiancee likes the "tickling" properties of facial hair for "other" activities ;)

Ah. So the truth comes out. You're age discriminating! ;)

What doesn't work is when guys try to grow beard or even a goatee but it's patchy at best. That looks bad. My younger brother (21) still can't even manage a goatee. All he gets is a sparse gathering of hair that looks sad.

Am I the only one that took this the wrong way? I mean kissing bearded ladies. Perhaps I should have never read Canterbury Tales.

nice smile. that's a bonus in my book. :)

guys I dated in highschool have that "If I shove food in your throat you must put out" attitude. I guess that's why I'm like that. Also, having a good job helps.
