Thats because you have the best one. That board is my # 1 choice at this time. If I could find the non "Max" version, I'd be all over it.


I think it will be a bit before the NON-Max is released.
 
Somewhat off topic but...

I've been waiting feverishly for the reviews on the canterwoods to continue. I'm all for hearing about the Opteron but Anand started with 2 canterwoods and said several were still being tested and that the reviews would be forthcoming. Granted, several of those boards are used in comparison to those being reviewed. However, we aren't getting info about the bios (i.e. how overclockable, stable, and value added) or querks. Since the 3.0P4 is on hold for now, I suppose that I would have to wait regardless.

The 3.0 P4 800FSB is shipping currently. It was on hold for all of one week.
