does anyone know what kind of violation riding a bike down a road the wrong way is? i got one of these in may and one two nights ago. is it a "moving violation"? does it go on a driving record that would affect insurance or ability to drive your car? are bike fines less than car ones? if you did that in a car it would probably be a $500 fine here in ca, is it less for a bike?
