Thanks everyone for the support. I really will miss it there, but life must go forward. I do fully intend to give my boss 2 weeks notice. Honestly it may just be grocery store work, but I sill need it as a reference, it sounds stupid but of the 2 places I have interviewed with in the past month, both of them REALLY where happy with my work experience since the chain is known for its friendlyness and customer service. They wanted to know that I am not a nerd who is an ass or unable to explain things. I was supprised myself how mich it came up in the interviews.
I will also probably work easter weekend becasue I already told him I would, but i wouldent be supprised to have him just tell me to just go (he hasent actually scheduled that weekend). I work this weekend, and next weekend I already have scheduled off, so sunday could possibly be my last day. Finding a replacement for me should not be to hard, but my department at the store probably has the worst turnover rate, we have just had really bad luck in the past 2 years getting new people.
I forgot the mention the 2nd best part, I get to stay in the town where i goto college for the summer! I dont have to go home! Home is not so bad, but the drive is to work would be 45 miles. The drive to work from school is about 40, but there are about 10 of us that will carpool so that will REALLY help.
