Hey guys, when I try and send out emails from Eudora Pro (I press the send button and then my computer gives me the BSOD). Here is the error message I get:

***STOP:0x000000D1 (0x00000022,0x00000002,0x00000000;0xBFF1FC70)

help me out guys!

I'm running windows 2000 pro. I installed the latest service pack as well, but I still get this error!

i am running windows 2000 on a intel 700e o/c'ed to 933mhz. i have an asus cusl2 m/b with 256 mb pc133 generic ram.

i am running earthlink dsl, shared on a netgear rt314 router. my NIC is a linksys fast ethernet 10/100 pci card.

I take it that you can push all sorts of stuff across the network and have no problem downloading and up loading to the web. But when you use this software to send mail, BSOD? Have you tried removing and reinstalling the software?

Have you ever gotten this version of eudora to work with win 2k? I was just at thier site, have you thought of trying version 5? I was going to suggest removing it again and this time searching for files not removed that should have been. Then the ever dangerous registry search for entries pertaining to eudora and removing them.

yeah i am running 5 so far.

it's strange because this error all of a sudden came up on me - i didn't install anything new, and this BSOD just popped up on me.

but i will try and do the fresh reinstall, etc ...

I can't help think that it's the software that's causing the problem, especially since you have no problems with your network drivers until you access the port with eudora.

pederv,
i'll try and see waht i can do w/eudora -- i had the same feeling, but when i reinstalled eudora, i still got the same error.

thx. i'll keep this thread updated.
