Problem was the displayed link was what was copied and pasted, it was displaying a ... in place of some of the information. I copied the end information of the thread, entered another thread on the parent site, and pasted over that thread's information and found it. A lot of work for a thread that is far from the best thread on the 'Net, but I will pass it on.
 
welp I sent the link to a few people. Now I'm off to drink some milk. I've got a massive craving for milk all of a sudden 😕
