You'll get another. When we were buying last year we learned that basically you don't bid right now; you offer what they are asking, or you don't 😉

Welp, the thing was, it was on the market for over a month and there were zero bids.... so we figured we were safe. plus their agent let on that they already bought a house and were closing june 30th.

We made three offers on houses before we could get ours and kept getting screwed out of all three, but the one we got is better than the others and worked out great 🙂

My boss, who just got divorced recently, had to go through the house hunting process. The first house he found he loved, but it needed a little bit of work and was about 50k more than he paid for his new house. The second house he looked at, he placed an offer, but the owner dicked him around for about 2 weeks and he eventually gave up. He settle on his third house, and considering the other 2 choices, I think he made a good decision.

The house you find may not look right to you at first glance, but something about it will make you fall in love with it.
