I know this isnt a picard vs Jim thing but come on. Yeah Picard is older but he STILL holds his own in fights, and is much smarter then Jim by mounds. He is just badass in general.

DS9 from the beginning of the Dominion War (season 4?) is best.

Supposedly JMS(creater/writer of Babylon 5) was approached to be a producer for Enterprise later in the series, but he turned it down.

I never watched Babylon 5 but it seems like people like it, I'll have to take a look... Firefly was a good series, too bad it was so short. Farscape is another one I hear is good but never really watched.

he isnt dumb...but picard can lay down some smack with his words. When he speaks he is very commanding and intelligent. Kirk.*pause*does*pause* sound amazing.

Although...shatner is bad ass....and a Rocket Man

TNG was the best series in my opinion. Next is DS9, just because it was different from all the other series in that it was based on a space station rather than a ship. TOS was pretty good. Voyager is OK in small doses, but gets real old real quick. What I saw of Enterprise was terrible, but I didn't watch past the first part of season 2, so I can't speak for later seasons. As far as movies, Nemesis is the only one I don't like, it should've never been made.

Yeah, I got hooked into TOS. TNG hasn't got me yet, but I'm in it's scope.

I loved all the Star Trek series except TOS and DS9...

I also loved the way that whenever you see a new characted inplace of a normal character you know that they're dead! :laugh:


I hope there are plans for a new series! i doubt there are though, anyone set this straight?
