Completely agree. Season 5 was bearable, I barely watched season 6 and I have made no effort to watch the current season.

this. the last consistently funny story line with the Office was Michael & Jan.

it isn't awful now, just not nearly as good as it sued to be. I doubt it will last one more season after Carrel leaves.

Sexual Harassment [2.02]
Michael: Attention everyone, hello! Yes, I just want you to know that this is not my decision but from here on out, we can no longer be friends. And when we talk about things here, we must only discuss work associated things. And uh, you can consider this my retirement from comedy. And in the future if I want to say something funny, or witty, or do an impression I will no longer, ever, do any of those things.
Jim: Does that include "That's what she said?"
Michael: Mmm hmm, yes.
Jim: Wow. That is really hard. ...You really think you can go all day long? Well, you always left me satisfied and smiling, so...
Michael: That's what she said!

Gets me every time.

This season has been amazing so far.

"Disposable cameras are fun, although it does seem wasteful and you don't ever get to see your pictures. If it's an important event, that you want to remember, I recommend using a real camera."

"I guess that's not an evil idea, just a regular idea. But there's no laugh for a regular idea."

I don't know if it has been amazing, but I'm certainly still enjoying this show enough to keep watching it every week.

The whole counseling arc in the most recent episode was pretty amusing.

Please, the only way chatacters in The Office would have any depth is if you sunk them to the floor of the Mariana Trench. Ridiculously overrated, underfunny show. Listen to the haters, the show is way past its prime.

The first couple of episodes of the most recent season were good IMO. Much less cringe humor from Steve. Guess they finally caught on it wasn't funny.

Actually the cringe humor is the best. Awkward moments make for lolz. Cracks me up.

Officially, I did not see her.

But I did see Jan there.

In our room. At Night.

And in the morning.

That's all I'm going to say.

Sex.

We had sex.

I had sex with her.

I had sex with Jan.

edit: and don't listen to the haters, people have been saying it sucked since season 1. Now all of a sudden only seasons 1-4 are the great ones.

I just saw this episode...major lulz were to be had.

I don't really like Steve Carell. He plays the same dopey retarded character in every single movie and TV show.

go watch Little Miss Sunshine. he plays a different character there.

also, it's hard for most actors to play someone "out of character" because they play one type of character the best. Will Ferrell, for example. Can you ever take him seriously in a serious role?
