I finally saw "The Fast & Furious" and...

I just don't know about those little cars, they have no character. While I know they do fly, they all just look the same and seeing smoke coming from the front wheels just doesn't do it for me.

Now that Dodge Charger in the movie, that was sweet. I wished they would have showed more of it. Nothing like a good old American made V8. I guess I'm just getting old

I dislike NOS, but I think I am going to see the movie anyway. I will pick this and Driven up tonight for my movie viewing pleasure. Maybe Gone in 60 as well.

Gone In 60 Seconds = 10
Driven = 6
Fast & Furious = 2

dude... you can't even compare GI60S to those two... you can't watch them in the same night even! SACRILAGE!!!!

<< I liked gone in 60 seconds, but its not quite a 10. Fast and the furious would be somewhere in the negatives.

LOL, somewhere in the negatives, hehe. It reeked, IMHO.

<< Driven sucks.
I only watched driven cuz estella warren was in it.

Fast and the Furious is much better.

Watch them again after you've completed puberty.

Dude, that's EXACTLY what I said to my gf!
We finished it and she was like "What did you think?" (She likes it)
And I was like "Neat cars, Stupid movie. It was like Point Break with driving instead of surfing."

Amen to both comments. I really wanted to like "Fast & the Furious," but it was just too cheesy and just too similar to Point Break. I actually kind of liked Point Break of course I'm a sucker for anything involving the beach. And I do remember the footchase sequence between Keanu and the then-masked Swayze was shot from a cool first-person perspective.

Oddly enough, that was mentioned already if you just look up.

While I was watching F&F I was reminded of how much easier it would be to steal things out of 18 wheelers if they weren't moving.

I liked FatF less than I liked Gone in 60 Seconds, and I hated that except for the some of the driving scenes. Point Break wasn't a great movie, but it made me laugh b/c it was so bad. F&F just sucked, no laughing at all.

To be honest with you,I was just commenting on the cars in the movies. It's like I said,I just cant get into those little cars. As far as the movie itself, im basically in agreement with the most of you as it being "weak" but it's a car movie ...most of them are.
