well, I've only tried the caramel balls because I still have to let the cheesecake chill--but they are amazing--so hopefully the cheesecake turns out just as well.

My wife (The Master Baker) would be very upset if you called that cooking.

I quote, "We bake cheese cake, we don't cook it."

Anything particularly good using raspberries? (Lemon-raspberry, maybe?) I have a TON of fresh raspberries I need to use up.

Cooking is like science lab work. If you can read and follow instructions, you can cook.

Not enough storage space (just moved into a one bedroom apartment) and I'd like something a little more fun than that. I'm doing a pretty decent job just eating them fresh, to be honest. :D Maybe I'll take some to Orsorum's house warming.

Cheesecake looks good.

The caramel corn balls look good as well, but they look HUGE. :Q

My wife and girls and berry NUTS. I bought four pounds of strawberries yesterday and they're all gone... I had maybe ten... I swear...
anyway here are some suggestions...

Stick some brie in the microwave until it's just melty and put a bunch on top.
Bowl of cream or whip cream and raspberries... for dessert or snack
FREEZE them, they're fun frozen treats... or as an extension, puree them put them in ice cube trays, cver with foil stick a toothpick into each cube and freeze...
Serve them over pancakes or waffles or INSIDE crepes...
I know you don't drink but crush them into champagne or a riesling...

Caramel Corn

Berry Cheesecake

Tip on your cheesecake:

Put the oven on "broil" for about a minute or so before you take the cheesecake out. The top should turn a darker brown color. Makes it look like real NY Cheesecake ;)

oh yeah, cook me the whole thanksgiving table! :p

Not to brag, but one year when a bunch of us were gathered at my mother's she was called away to help my aunt who was very sick. I cooked that year, and the only complaint was that I used sour cream instead of butter in the mashed potatos.
I have NO problem cooking Thanksgiving....
