There are so many paths to focus on. The voice stuff is huge, but messenging/unified communication is really where it's at in that arena.

It's impossible to find somebody who is an exchange/unity expert.

uh, make SURE that you get the increase amount in writing. So when you get your NP, you don't get the complimentary 1k salary increase.
