i have awesome news, i finally found a my own place!!! man, it took me four weeks of looking to get this thing and its not bad. a bit pricey though...1300 all utilities included. for SF thats pretty good. i know what ur thinking..it better be big...not really ....tiny as hell but at this point (i start work in a few weeks) i dont give a rats a$$!!!

well pretty much, its a studio. i get one large room(21x30), a bathroom, a kichinette, and i got a huge balcony. its like an add on to someones house. it was good for me cause my credit aint so great and she didnt even care. we just hit it off. so its all good for me!

Congrats. Not too easy to find a place here in the Bay Area. I don't think I'm even going to try when I graduate. I'm just going to move out the area, the expenses around here are just out of control.

no bums...nice..really nice neighborhood. mostly residentioal. i wanted this so i didnt have to deal with downtown parking. whats cool is that its month2month so i can get out when i find a cheaper place.

damn...first time away...i mean really away from home...scary thought!
