Hmm... I don't know about that. Go back into your Restricted Site list. I'll bet you $10 you'll see "http://zedo.musiccity.com" not "http://zedo.musiccity.com/jsc/c1/mc.js".
All that Restricted Site list is prevent certain functionality for the sites you have listed. If you have zedo.musiccity.com listed as Restricted, IE will block all javascript, active scripting, etc that comes out of that domain. The actual html page means nothing, just the domain that the page came from.
