So I call Crucial today to inquire about the status on an RMA and they knew who I was from caller ID. All your info comes up on their computer screen when you call.

They're like "This is Craig, correct?"
I'm like "whoa, how did you know who I was?"

It dawned on me before I had it out my mouth, but still, it was neat. Never happened before.

Just setting the record straight.

I used to love it when we first got caller ID and I would pick up the phone and say Hi "X" and there would be a short pause while they figured out how I knew who they were. That's been a few years though.
