Massage the inside of your elbow with a mixture of applesauce and oatmeal; you'll be back to work in 3-10 days. <-- quacks book of home remidies.

Btw, in this situation I wouldn't sue. My Boss literally was ripping his hair out for weeks last year tracking down the source of water leaks and dealing with the paperwork to get contractors in there to fix things.

This was an accident,if any sort of neglect was involved it probably belongs on the contractors who were there for weeks last spring and somehow failed to fix the problems,my boss certainly tried!

Awww, feel better. You should talk to them about worker's comp, since it sounds like a hazardous situation.

Fortunately since I don't abuse sick time, I have plenty in my time bank and I'm sure my boss will work things out so I don't end up the loser here.Hopefully, he can use this incident to get the powers that be to finally really fix this situation.Thank goodness it wasn't a patient or vistor that fell!

I feel for you. I used to get sprained ankles ALL the time when I was younger. A lot of times they can be worse than breaks. :(

you get to miss work for 3-10 days for a sprained ankle! holy crap! you must have to do alot of physical movement then for your job.

EDIT:

since your sprained ankle will keep your from working you can increase your neffing capabilities by 300% !!!!!! BOOOYA!
