Pretty messed up. What do you write on your date of birth: February 29 or March 1? Though being special in a non-retarded way has its appeal;).

BS! I say  +

pal-o-mine and his wife had a due date of 2/29. little fella was born on the 24th though (this year...so yeah, about 4 days ago)

Think about it. Leap-year kids have a birthday either on the 28th or the 1st for most years. But when the 29th rolls around...man, it fvcking rages! No one has parties like Leap Year babies.

Technically you're not supposed to enter a bar until the day after your bday. So say you're born on 3/5/1987 at 11:59pm, you're not really 21 years of age until 3/6/2008 12:00am..so the law states that bars have to round up a day.

You would celebrate every year but obviously every time your birthday actually pops up on the calendar would call for a 'special' celebration.
