--EXERCISE--

Navyseals will call that easy. They have to stay up a whole week for Hell's time.

Results? 'cuz they are motivated in both mind and body and even in spiritual stamina.

Sometimes the xtremez are at its craziest when it comes to life and death, that's why we have to measure up to every little thing that science can find its rewards. Now don't be stupid and try caffeine pills. Took it my senior year of high school, gettin' high on Starcraft at the same time... and hangin' out too much - barely made it out alive...

Extended studies courses were even worse, oh the homework... but you start to forget sit-still pain (like potentially growing artificial mind-ADD) when you exercise so much you only think about the physical pain.

Mind over matter, kids!

Coffee didn't work? BS, you probably had decaf or some mocha-frapa-sh!tta-latte with no caffeine in it. Drink real coffee, problem solved.

If this is the best advice then try finding a spot to pull over and walk around for a bit to get your blood going,
