It was not a decision to stop. I had the flu, so I didn't smoke for about 4 days. After that the thought of a smoke made me feel kinda sick. So I didn't smoke. There are times during the day that I want a smoke, but I tell myself "why"?
Have you started excercising? Your lungs will probably feel much better after excercising than they would with cigarettes. Not to mention you'd be able to excercise longer without coughing now.
