<< Not to seem rude, but there are free clinics you know, taxpayer or charity funded, that you could go to. Even if there were a doctor or other medical professional on ATOT right now, professional ethics would prohibit them from rending diagnostic or other assistance to you. If you feel you have a medical condition needing attention, there are channels for you to avail yourself of, whether you have insurance coverage or not.

It's not a good idea to take antibiotics unless given by a doctor. Not only is there's a reason they have you take them for a specified amount of time, but also you may or may not even be treating your problem correctly.
 
If it hurts when you eat, it is probably a clogged salivary duct. If that is what it is, it should go down some if you dont eat or drool for a few hours.
 
Seriously... I think you should go see a doctor and have it checked out... You can never be too careful with these kind of things...

You probably got bit a super spider(a-la spiderman) and it laid its super spider eggs in youre neck. Just watch, youll be taking a shower one day and POP! Youll have a crap load of baby nuclear spiders, running all over youre body biting you. Youll pass out for a few hours and wake up to find out youre tranforming into a spider the likes of Shelob from LOTR! No worries though, if you just hide of up in the attic of youre house, sooner or later somone will send some cops over to see if youre ok. Boy will they have a suprise when you repel from the ceiling and peirce them with youre foot and a half long spider fangs and inject them with youre super nuclear spider venom that conveniently liquifies theyre inards, so you can suck them dry and use the skin as blankets for the winter!
 
I think I have a problem too, I have this lump between my legs, normally it's not too large, but when I see things like my wife naked it gets much larger than normal. What should I do? 😀😉
