Oh it has. for a situation of this magnitude, he had to send out a system issue notify email to all the officers in the company (about 15) explaining what happend, what we were doing to fix it, ETA for fix, and the steps that we will take to make sure it doesnt happen again.

and it will be entered in our systems issue log.
