One of the local neighbor's actually does this about 5am - he will full throttle it from his driveway to the end of the road [half-mile stretch of road - middle class housing district, 25mph speed limit]. I can assume the only reason he hasn't been ticketed yet is because next door neighbor is a dumbass cop who also owns a Harley. Though...I haven't heard the 5am rumble in about a month...
