Whoa. Calm down there. They're just being extra cautious. There's no indication chemical warfare has been used. The only thing confirmed so far is a couple of rockets landed in northern Kuwait.

Sorry I'm just kinda sad right now that this is going on. I pray for all of those men and women who are serving our country. I never understood what it was all about until now.

And to be honest, if they re-instate the draft I'm down to fight because that's what it might take then so be it.

we don't KNOW that there is chemical warfare going on. If it is shown that there is, im sure our strategy will change, but as of right now, the are just bombs.

It is a sad and serious situation. It's also a mass of confusion, which is what you're seeing now.

There is no indication that chemical weapons have been used. There is only the possibility after these SCUD attacks. There is no reason to work yourself into a fervor, because the ultimate goal of this war is NOT to bomb their country. The Ultimate goal is to take out their military hierarchy, weaponry, and disarm them.

We tried today to hit the upper hierarchy of their government. It is anybody's guess if we succeeded. Chill out. Even if Chemical weapons were used, our troops and all reporters have been trained and have the best equipment available.

Maybe you already know this, but I just heard from BBC that they are shooting flyers and stuff to make the Iraqi people to question their leader. It is a much better approach than carpet bombing, imo.

It'll be interesting if all those supposedly destroyed weapons suddenly pop out now.

Don't worry, Bush will 'reveal' finds of forbidden weaponry, one way or another. It doesn't really matter whether or not he has them, the believers will claim it's real even if Bush claimed to have found a Star Destroyer there as Saddam is nasty enough to collect the worst he can get, and the disbelievers will refuse to believe any find. After all Bush was not able to point the observers to a location to be searched, why should he suddenly find all he claims now?

I meant more like Saddam actually using those weapons that for months he had been denying.
