I don't think I can wait another hour....

CHILLI is the best. Is it hot and spicey. DONT care, will be there and bring my own hot stuff and a lot of BEER. I won our great chilli cook off in Kansas City. Well, somebody elses Chilli did but mine was all gone at the end and he had to take a LOT home.

UH, where is there?

My gosh, you guys can twist anything! I dread the day my sons are older and start doing that to women, though I know its coming. :Q

And I meant dessert, like a cake or something Farbio, so get your mind out of the gutter. 😉

thebestMAX,

Yes it is hot and spicy. I use fresh jalapenos, hot mexican chili powder and cayene pepper. Now I am so full I think I need a nap.

Dammit. I went to Dunderbaks and had a Blue Max and a Paulaner Oktoberfest.

Not a bad lunch, but I like your chilli.

Should've called me. 😉

Just finished a Caesar Salad and garden fresh pesto.

But thanks for the reminder - I haven't made chili from scratch in awhile. It a real challenge to make it completely vegetarian.

It is easy to make it vegetarian. I use Marjon tofu crumbles in place of meat. The politely hot flavor. It did not turn out as good this time and I am not sure if the jalapenos were not as hot or because I had to try a differnet brand of beans since I could not find the Joan of Arc spicy chili beans I have always used.
