I do not see why McDonald's breakfast is so popular.

What's breakfast?

I hardly have any food balance left to even buy lunch, let alone breakfast :p

I just like some cereal or fresh fruit and a bagel. My stomach can't handle a heavy breakfast.

I love McDonald's breakfast, even though I am eating clean. I haven't eaten there for a while, but when it's fresh it's damn good!

The steak bagel is so good. I use to get it but now our McDonalds doesn't carry bagels. :(

I totally agree with this statement, which is why I think that fast food breakfast is disgusting.

But hey, what do I know? My breakfast every day is a bowl of homemade oatmeal. Some days, I go big and include a couple of eggs and a cup of yogurt.

No excuse. You can eat the healthiest breakfast of all, a bowl of oatmeal, for less than $0.50/day including the splash of milk and teaspoon of brown sugar to top it with.

BK FTL, I really hate that place.

Sausage egg mcmuffins are the best! I used to get two for the price of one when I got the combo, but its not on my new student card.

Anyone tried the breakfast burger at Carls Jr.?

I tried making my own sausage, egg with cheese mcmuffin with ingredients I got from the store. They tasted no where as good as the ones from McD's. Not even close.
Add more of the sumptuous wonderful grease!

Oh there was plenty of grease when I made them. I even used the oil from the sausage to cook the eggs with to give them more flavor yet they were still dissappointing.

Don't toast your muffin. Put it in the microwave for 20 seconds or so. Just enough to make it soft. That's the key. I don't know why, but I managed to make some pretty good ones on my own once I figured that out.

I think McDonalds has a great breakfast. Good coffee, mcmuffins are great, the big breakfast is really good, the cakes are ok, mcgriddle is really good. Now I don't eat much of it because it's NOT healthy, but I defintiely get a straight up Egg McMuffin (the canadian bacon one) or two every once in awhile.

See, this just grosses me out.

And to the other poster: Big Breakfast is really good? Dude, come on over to my house some weekend and I'll cook you up a real pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns breakfast. What they serve at McD's is a freakin' nasty joke.

meh, of course home cooked will knock your socks off. Hence the point I was making - Give it to me now, I need to eat.

Here, I'll serve you my "after sex" breakfast....

Eggs benedict
Cheesy/bacongrease/Hashbrown casserole with fresh potatoes on the mandolin
Fresh homemade croissants with butter and jelly
Sausage links and bacon
Assorted fruits but mostly cantelope and strawberry
French toast

But it takes me like 2 hours to do it from start to finish.
;)

I had been fine with their breakfast, but I recently had a sausage, egg and cheese bagel from Dunkin donuts and it was better and bigger.
