there's a homeless lady that's always picking up used cigarettes to smoke the butts...I don't smoke but I picked her up a pack one day... couple hours later i saw her looking for more used cigarettes to smoke

Yeah it seems to be a growing trend. I guess nicotine is needed even if you get herpes in process.
