No, the same with people who download movies and music off less than legitimate sites, they download because they can and most have never even seen or listened to 10% of what they have amassed. Had you seen all of that 2TB you were hoarding? I'd be surprised if you had seen more than 50% of it.

Why?

I'm not saying you shouldn't, but having a good reason to definitely helps maintain commitment.

As for me, my collection isn't anywhere near 2TB was but isn't small by most peoples' definitions either. My only issue with it is perhaps that I turn to it when bored a little too easily. If I'm busy or on holiday I can do without it perfectly well.

As for collect versus browse/stream, quality is one good point, but I don't know about other people but in one browsing session I might find some (IMO) 'good stuff', and others not really at all. Whereas if I save what I've been looking at and liked before, I can use it again.

I've found a good way to get off quit porn and 'bating is to find a [real] chick you actually have feelings for. The kinds that you don't have sexy dreams about. They pop into your head and, despite being an attractive woman, they kill your wood with shame.

...maybe that's just me.
