I Cut Almost 4 Minutes Off My Commute.

Lately, I have noticed that the police no longer enforce the red light law. People run through the lights and you are sitting there with a green. I see it happen right in front of cops and they act like they don't see it. If you don't count to five or look carefully before you proceed, you will get T-Boned.
So I took the next logical step. From now on, if no vehicles are coming, I will no longer wait for my light to turn green. As soon as it is clear to do so, I will run the light. Today it shaved almost 4 minutes from my commute time.
I highly recommend it and encourage you to do the same.

How is that reckless driving? I don't need an electrical device telling me when it is safe to go. I have eyes, I can see. The stop sign dosen't signal me when it is safe to go.

hell yeah, i do this late at night on those lights that don't have a sensor. i make sure no one is around me, though. but if i do get pulled over, i'll say to the cop hey listen, i'm not an idiot, i learned as a kid how to look both ways before crossing the street.
