I was transporting my 20WMGX2 stupidly face down (d'oh!) , and when connected it back in I found a gigantic crack across the screen. Apparently the crack is on the inside of the screen, because the surface is intact.
I called NEC tech support to see what could be done, and they referred me to a company that can fix this. Unfortunately the office is closed right now, so I'm waiting until tomorrow to call. Has anyone had a similar experience? I'm trying to find out how much this is gonna cost me to repair, but I haven't managed to find anything much.
