God forbid their sons found her too sexy or their daughters found her to be too much competition...

Helicopter parents.

I had a keg party the night of my prom.

I'm too sexy for my prom, too sexy for my prom
As I shake my little tush on the catwalk.

Impure thoughts? At a high school prom? No, never.

As I shake my little tush on the catwalk.

I'm sure they were having only the purest and most inspiringly compassionate thoughts of after-prom (or during-prom) sex.

I have nothing against the home school movement, in particular, but I always imagined it would be full of people like those parents.

Then when she was dancing with her friends she noticed some of the male chaperone’s on a balcony “ogling and talking amongst themselves.”

A little while later the teacher returned claiming that the fathers were complaining about her “provocative dancing” and said that the tall teen was “going to cause the young men at the prom to think impure thoughts.”

In regards to the ogling, sounds like BS from a pissed girl to me. And the headline is misleading, they didn't find the girl "too sexy" they specifically said she was dancing too sexy. Certainly nothing new at dances, that is why the Dads were there.

So, basically, much ado about nothing but thanks to how internet "journalism" works, the situation is exaggerated and misrepresented to get clicks.

Congrats to us all! We help keep ad revenue coming in for dicey websites.

Sounds like the dads wanted to prove, a bit too zealously, that they aren't lustful scum buckets cheating on their wives.

Is the picture supposed to be her in her dress or just an 'example' dress?

Nevermind, links indicate that is her.

Yea its her; they have the picture as the rule is the dress must be longer than your finger tips. That's why she has her hand down beside her to show she meet their rules.

dress is unremarkable - must've been her behavior... or Mrs. D was making shat up about dads saying things.

People hate what they couldn't have or what they were never in high school/college.
