I saw that. I imagine it's an option for the uploader. It honestly isn't a bad idea, but 99¢ is a little steep for that crappy video.

I imagine the vast majority of YouTubers don't know what a DownloadHelper is, and would be willing to pay for a quality video. There's some I'd probably pay $1 for if that were the only option.
