Just got a Brand New P4 1.6a w/ an MSI Ultra 645 MB. i have 2 256 mb of Corsair 2400 Ram in it. Maxtor 30 GB 7200 RPM HD, DVD player Geforce MX card in it and that's it.
basic system, but weird thing is whenever i try to install winzip 8.1 it freezes on me. i'm not sure what it is.
anyone experience anything like this? i dl'd winzip the .exe file. a compressed file, when i go to install it stalls then it freezes. mouse can move pointer but thats it, no ctr alt del, no nothing, keyboard lock. so i do cold reboot. this is at stock intel speed.
anyway, any help would be appreciated.

apparently the Leadtek doesn't like the NVidia drivers.
