Whoever "06:35, 9 March 2006 66.215.162.192" is screwed it up by posting the entire thing as it was 3 days ago.

I swear some people are too stupid to use this thing.

Is it possible to change via selective access only? PLEASE CHANGE IT TO THAT!

Just a guess, but I'm assuming you stepped forward because it looks a hell of a lot worse if you got caught, or were turned in by someone else?
