Yeah, I want 1.5 too, otherwise I would have to uninstall/reinstall and download a different update just to play with ATOT'ers. Woot, sullys back, this is gonna be great! 😀
 
This is obviously a cheap ploy devised by GirlFriday and Omega because they are afraid I will own them if its 1.3!
 
I royally SUCKED. I changed my name from BInTheF to "Suicidal BIn" then started getting a small number of kills again. I was at a 2:1 ratio earlier too *grumble*
Got GF a few times at office 😀
Next time i go in I'll probably be [AT] -SC- Suicidal BIn, just to recognize a little better

Gonna be playing again tonight? How the heck would i know when you guys have a server up and playing anyway?
 
Guys, I need to get the HLDS files and the CS 1.5 files to install the server. I'm remotely logged into my server, so I'm hoping for a direct link to the files...can anyone provide?

It shouldn't matter. I just need the HLDS files and CS files for setting up a server, not for playing, so they should be the same. I need the linux files, but all I can find is fileplanet, and since I can only run lynx/w3m right now (can't get xdm working on this box yet) fileplanet navigation isn't working very well.
 
The server is up (address in my sig). Please let me know if it's working properly (I don't have CS anymore) and if it is working, what I can do to make it better. Please, the server is only for AT users, so don't give it out, otherwise I'll have to shut it down.

Check your DNS servers, I guess. anandtech.kicks-ass.net resolves just fine for me at home and from work. It's done through dyndns.org.

Entity - I went in and it said to use my AT name, do i haaaaaaaave to? 😛
It already gives the idea with SC or SHoddy
[AT] -SC- Suicidal BIn or [AT] -SHoddy- Suicidal BIn is what ive used...I dont have a problem if you really need me to make it only my AT handle though.
 
I really want it to be with AT usernames only, so I can check in and make sure that the only people using the server are AT people. I will PW protect it after I get back from Home Depot. 😛
