seems like they released another model with custom cooling. maybe cause of lots of RMA's they revamped the model?
anyway good question, probably bfg's website gives more info on this.

i know that the more expensive one is with the nvidia reference card and came out first and the cheaper one is with their custom HS/F but i dont know why they still have the old gt with the nvidia ref hs/f on there

well get the cheaper one, makes sense to have the more refined product. though im not sure about the noise their custom cooler makes or wether its better than the stock nvidia reference cooler

Neither are available. It would see the more expansive one, was the orginal design, and probably will never get anymore in, and they just haven't taken the link off the web site yet.

My guess is the $419 is the newer verison and is the one they will be stocking.

their custom cooler is pretty damn loud. it sounds like a jet taking off when u first start up windows but i cant say how loud it gets when gaming cus i never listen to it cus im 2 busy pwning but my temps seem low at about 48 idle but it jumps to about 59-61 load but the dual blue led's do look sweet. it certainly is the loudest part in my case even at idle
