You have no idea.. 🙂 I come home for lunch and she's jumping all over me and wants to play .. I come home from work and it's the same.. On the weekends the dog won't wake up my GF but she wakes me up at 8am to go play.. If i'm sleeping and my GF comes near me, Daisy will lay across my body and growl.. When my GF comes home from work, Daisy won't leave my feet and doesn't jump all over here or anything .. It's quite obvious who the dog looks at as her master.. 🙂

Who wants to live with a complete bitch? Break up with her, phuck the dog, you can get a new one if she's mean enough to take it from you. A lesson to learn: dont subject yourself to stress that gets you nowhere. Girls are mean to the nice guys, but you can get away with being a nice guy if you learn how to let anything go (including people) completely and move on. Don't be a sucker is pretty much what I'm saying, she's a person like anyone else, if you dont get along with someone you don't stick around.

See, that's the thing.. I DO care for the dog 100% and i love her unconditionally.. I have NO issues with the responsibility at all.. My issue is the fact that my GF wants to take the dog when she doesn't assume ANY responsibility for her at ALL... My issue is the fact that my GF wants to take the dog for 3 days out of the week when she's shown no responsibility for her in the past 1 1/2 years and that's what kills me..

First off, this dog is irreplacable .. You'd have to actually see her in person to understand what I mean.. If this girl just took the dog and ran, I don't know that I would want another dog.. But that's not going to happen, why you ask? Well, if she did, believe you me she'd be in court VERY fast.. After all, there is not ONE piece of paper with my relating to the dog with my GF's name on it.. All vet transactions have my name, the adoption papers have my name, food purchased from petco goes on my credit card, etc etc etc.. There is NOTHING associating my gf with the dog at all besides the fact that she lives with us.

Then you will have to stand your ground on this. Having the dog live @ two different places with two different care givers (very different styles) will NOT BE GOOD FOR THE DOG. I know you know this. But are you ready to fight it out with her to get her to see this?

If that was my dog and I was breaking up with a gf and she told me that she wanted the dog for 3 days a week I would have gone psyco and told her to shove food up her @ss and poop out of her mouth. Seriously, I hope that you don't let your gf get any rights to your dog because its not right, your dog will get depressed, and possibly abused. If she is this irresponsible with the dog when you are around she might be even worse when she is only with the dog. He might not get food everyday, might not get taken out to pee/poo everyday, and might not get any love. Also your dog might be abused when he does things that piss her off like pee on the carpet when it was HER fault that she didn't take him out all day long. When I say abuse I don't necessarily mean physical, but also verbal. Dogs have feelings and they do get hurt when you yell at them when they did nothing wrong. Best of luck.

It is quite obvious that the dog would be in a better situitation with you. I can't beleive your gf doesn't see that.

Oh, this brings up another point (about lack of love) .. My GF is out the door every morning by 8am and doesn't get home from work until 6:15pm .. She immediatley straps on her gym clothes and goes to the gym at 7pm and doesn't get home until 10:30 at night.. The gym is her "social hour" on the weeknights so that's why she's there for so long.. But that alone should be more reason she shouldn't have the dog at ALL...

Here's my schedule:
Wakeup at 7:30am, walk the dog, get ready for work, play with the dog, leave for work at 8:55, get to work at 9am, take a lunch at 2pm, walk the dog, play with her more, let her bask in the sun on the balcony (hence her picture), go back to work at 3pm, come home at 5pm, play with the dog more, take her out for a walk about 6pm, play video games for a few hours while the dog sleeps, take her out at 10:30pm, play video games for another hour or two, then go to bed.. 😛

no way.. i can live without the bitch easily, but not the dog.. she means too much to me.. 🙁 Again, you guys would really have to see this dog in person to understand the personality she possesses.. I've talked to people who are like "I hate dogs, especially small dogs.." But then they meet Daisy and they can't stop talking about her.. I have friends who use me to come over and play with my dog, that's how awesome she is.. 🙂
