I can't sleep. What the hell is wrong with me?

This past week I have been completely unable to sleep. I'm tired as hell but I'll just lay in bed, close my eyes, and nothing happens. I'll get up 30min later and turn the monitor back on and post on ATOT for a while, then repeat. It's 6AM and I still cannot sleep.

Last night I was up till 9am, and I was up till 9am the day before that. I usually end up falling a sleep for several hours after class which is probably why I can't break outo f the cycle, but I'm just so tired when i get home i collapse. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

try getting more exercise during the day, cut out all sugar and cafienne after 3pm

take a 3mg tablet of melatonin approx 1/2 hour before bed.

melatonin is the chemical that your brain produces to tell your body that it is 'sleep time'. you can find all natural tablet in GNC or any health food shop. I have even purchased it at Wal-Mart.

Try drinking a cup or two of chamomile tea about 30 minutes before bedtime. I think it will help.
