I can't print any .pdf files

I'm helping out a member who is unable to post at this moment. His question...

I have two computers, one running Win98 and the other WinXP. I can't print a .pdf file. I have updated the printer drivers as well as downloading the latest version of Acrobat Reader. I emailed the file to WinstonSmith and he was able to print it with no problems. I have even tried changing the format to RAW. Does anyone have any idea why I can't print this, or any other, .pdf file?


Any suggestions for him?

Is it just not letting you print entirely? Or getting all scrwed up? Try changing it to print as a picture or something like that.

Just checking, did u click print on the acrobat bar instead of the IE bar?
