I cant play BF:vietnam, invalid cd key error

game crashed while loading (because i was alt tabbing to kill WMP9)and then i tried to fire it back up and said invalid cd key, i said ok, just my ghost, but NO! i do a complete shutdown of my computer and comeback an hour later and im still invalid. Will EA make it right? or am i screwed?

i just got my 6800GT and all i want to do is play one of the games i bought it for and EA has screwed me
