I can't open my new dell xps 8300 case!

This is what the back looks like, I assume you would just have to unscrew that one screw below and handle and then pull back but it doesn't work....

Yeah some cases are sticky to open, especially the 1st time. A few I've had to beat the side panel with the palm of my hand to loosen up.
