I Can't Login

Now, that's what I call a forum issue!

I updated my profile yesterday to my new email address, since we switched Internet Providers. After that, the Login says:

• Your login credentials were invalid.
  If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, contact the forum administrator, or try logging in again.

I've contacted subscriber@anandtech.com and moderator@anandtech.com twice, but no luck so far. Is the account screwed up forever, or what?

BTW, this account is bogus and I'll be happy to dispose of it after this is resolved.

When you update your email address a new password is assigned and emailed to the new address. Have you checked that yet?

Yep, I saw that's what is supposed to happen, but there's no mail there. It's possible I put in the wrong address, but I'd think this could have been resolved since 11:00AM yesterday.

Yeah that is a long time to wait for a response. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

Shoot, I have to leave this evening at 5:00PM, and won't be back till Sunday night. No PCs where I'm going. I've gotta get a few digs in before I leave! 😉

Damn, that's a good Idea Benny, but it says, "No account exists with that email address" for any address I plug in.

musta put in the wrong address, maybe if ask a mod nicely they might be able to change it?
