I can't load CCC on my new build

I just built a new system in my sig (reused the X1800) with a brand new HD and a fresh install of XP with all the updates. I installed the latest 7.5 Catalyst Software Suite from ATI before downloading .NET 2.0 and it gave me an error during the first install but continued to install. I then downloaded .NET 2.0 and reinstalled the Catalyst Suite. This time the error message changed to this:

Any ideas? My card runs perfectly fine and I can OC it with ATITool but I would like to change the filtering and AA options via CCC.

I'll appreciate any help you guys can give me!

lol :! format time happened to me and i had to do a clean install.

- Install windows XP
- Install the latest version of .net 3.0
- update WIndows XP to SP2
- install ATI drivers

I had that error just last week on a xpress200 chipset. An uninstall and reinstall fixed it, make sure dotnet is installed first.

Uninstall .net 2.0
Remove every scrap of ATI software from you system.

Installed .net 2.0
Install drivers
