I cant get the camera and scanner wizard to work when i plug my camera in...

WHen I plug in my Toshiba PDR-M25 (with USB) to my computer it does nothing instead of bringing up the Camera and Scanner Wizard, anyknow know how to fix this?

Unplug the camera, go into Device Manager, delete the camera from the list, turn off the computer, plug in the camera, restart the computer, upon bootup it will reinstall the camera drivers and it should pop-up the Camera and Scanner Wizard.
